We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can request the deletion of your Lucky Wood account and all associated data at any time, even if you can no longer access the app.
How to Request Deletion
To request account deletion, simply send an email to:

Please include your account details (such as your Google Login email used in the app) to help us identify and process your request efficiently.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile and login identifiers.
- Your current coin balance and earned rewards.
- Your entire spin history and performance statistics.
- Any saved preferences or settings.
Timeframe
Once we receive your request, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
